Spa Etiquette
To ensure that you and those around you reap the full benefits of the Spa experience, we suggest the following:

Arrive early. Arriving late is a breach of etiquette and will cheat you of precious minutes of your Spa service. Remember your service will end on time so that the next client isn't delayed, regardless of how late you start.

Respect other guests. The Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation, so respect the other guests' right to privacy and quiet.
Cell phones, pagers and smoking are prohibited.

The human touch is one of the surest
ways of unburdening stresses. Just as the embrace of a parent soothes
the upset child, just as a kiss or a handshake takes the sting out
of an argument, the simplest touch sometimes works miracles. |
Your greatest benefit from massage could be learning ways to release tension or help heal injuries outside of your massage sessions. At your request, your therapist
will share relaxing breathing techniques or gentle stretches to increase flexibility, or how to use ice and heat. Remember … we are here for you!

Booking an Appointment
Scheduling in advance for all treatments is recommended
but walk-ins are always welcome. In order to guarantee
your appointment, a Discover, Visa, MasterCard, or
American Express number must be given at the time of
the booking.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our therapists and other clients, please
give us 24 hours notice to cancel or change an
appointment or you will be charged for the session. Persons making appointments for others with their credit cards
are responsible for those appointments. Reservations for
4 or more hours of services will be asked to provide a
72 hour cancellation notice. Groups of 3 or more will be
asked to provide a 7 day cancellation notice.
Gift Certificates Available
All spa services can be given to someone special with one of our gift certificates available in the Gift Shop or by phone. Gift certificates expire one year from the purchase date. Lost or expired gift certificates cannot be honored or reissued.
Spa Products
All of the products we use in our spa are available for purchase in our gift shop along with many other healthy and natural products for your home and personal use.
